Nico is a licensed marriage and family therapist with nearly 20 years in education and over 30 years as a professional musician and artist. Drawing on DBT, CBT, Unified Protocol, and Solution-Focused Therapy, he meets clients where they are from a validating, strength-based perspective — incorporating music, art, and meditation when appropriate. He has a particular gift with adolescents and young adults navigating stress, relationships, and school-related issues.
Christena is a PhD candidate and licensed psychological associate currently completing her dissertation at Saybrook University. With roots in philosophy, she brings a reflective, intellectually curious lens to her clinical work — approaching each client with a person-centered, holistic stance that honors the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. She creates a warm, collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard and empowered to explore not just their challenges, but the deeper values that shape their lives.
